Welcome to Kiwi Cat Games (“the Site”). The Site is run by an individual. By using the Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. The service

The Site offers original browser games for free, with no registration required. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

2. Intellectual property

The games, code, artwork, the mascot Kiwi Cat, text and trademarks on the Site belong to the Site's operator, except for openly licensed assets that are marked as such. Please don't copy, modify, republish or use them commercially without permission.

Openly licensed assets used in the games (such as fonts) are used under their own licenses; see each game's asset credits for details.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't interfere with the Site's normal operation, for example by attacking the servers or making large volumes of automated requests.
• Don't modify game code to cheat and then present the results as legitimate scores.
• Don't click or manipulate the ads on the Site in misleading ways.

4. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that the games will always be available or free of errors. High scores and progress stored in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data, and we can't restore them.

5. Third-party links and ads

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or ads. That content is the responsibility of the third parties and is not controlled by the Site.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated, and any changes will be posted on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). If this English version differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
